Terms of Use

By using poker-bot.net (“the site”) or the beta software distributed through it (“the software”), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and legally allowed to play online poker in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing whether that is the case.

The software is beta

The software is provided as an unfinished test version. It may contain errors, misread game states, act contrary to its documentation, lose money, or stop working without notice. We may change, suspend or end the beta at any time, and we may revoke access to any tester without giving reasons.

No warranties

The site and the software are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software is undetectable by any poker room, that it complies with any room’s rules, or that it will produce a profit.

Your responsibility

Most online poker rooms and club apps prohibit automated play in their terms of service, and many prohibit real-time assistance of any kind. Using the software on such a service can lead to account closure, confiscation of funds and permanent bans. Some jurisdictions also regulate or prohibit the use of such tools. Deciding whether and where to use the software is entirely your responsibility. We do not encourage anyone to break contractual or legal rules.

Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the software; reverse engineer it beyond what applicable law permits; use it to collude with other players; use it on accounts that are not your own; or use the site to harass others or to distribute malware.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss – including lost funds, closed accounts, lost data or lost profit – arising from your use of the site or the software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, which during beta is nothing.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Continued use after a revision means you accept it. The lastmod date shows the latest version.
