Privacy Policy

This policy describes what personal data poker-bot.net (“the site”, “we”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to the website and to the beta software distributed through it.

Data we collect

Website visits. The site is a set of static pages. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser user agent) for security and capacity planning. Logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted. We do not run advertising trackers.

Analytics. If we use analytics, it is privacy-respecting, aggregated, and configured without cross-site tracking. We do not sell or share analytics data.

Beta application form. When you apply for beta access we collect the fields you enter: nickname, email, optional Telegram handle, the rooms you play, stakes, experience, operating system, and any free-text message. We use this to select testers, contact them, and match them to a build. We keep applications until the beta ends or until you ask us to delete yours.

Beta software. The bot writes hand logs and diagnostic logs on your own computer. Nothing is uploaded automatically. If you send us a log for support, it may contain table names, your nickname on that room, and hand details. We use it only to fix the reported problem and delete it afterwards.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with casinos or poker rooms. We do not use it for anything beyond running the site and the beta.

Affiliate links

Some links to casinos are affiliate links. When you click one, the destination site may set its own cookies and collect its own data under its own policy, which we do not control. The affiliate disclosure explains the arrangement.

Cookies

The site itself uses no cookies beyond what is technically required (for example, to remember a language choice). No consent banner is shown because no consent is needed for that.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw a beta application at any time. Write to contact@poker-bot.net from the address you used, and we will act within a reasonable time. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights (such as the EU or UK), those rights apply and we will honour them.

Children

The site and the software are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has applied, tell us and we will delete the record.

Changes

We may update this policy. The lastmod date at the top of the page reflects the latest revision. Material changes affecting beta testers are announced in the tester chat.
