Before you write

• Beta access. Do not email to apply; use the Get the bot form. Emails asking for a seat are answered with a link to that form.
• Beta support. Accepted testers have a chat and a bug template. Use those; they are read first.
• Corrections. If an article states something wrong, tell us which page and which sentence, and if possible where the correct information can be checked. We fix errors and note the change.
• Casino listings. Operators who want to be reviewed can write in. Being listed is not for sale, and scores are not negotiable.
• Press and partnerships. Same address, subject line starting with “Press” or “Partnership”.

What we will not respond to

Requests for help bypassing a specific site’s bot detection, requests to run the bot on someone else’s account, and anything from people who are under 18.
