Is the bot free?

During beta, yes. Pricing afterwards is undecided. Testers will be told before anything changes and are free to stop.

Is it legal to use?

That depends on where you live and on the terms of the room you play in. In most places using a bot is not a crime, but it is a breach of contract with almost every poker site, and sites enforce that by closing accounts and confiscating balances. Some jurisdictions treat it more seriously. We are not lawyers; read Are poker bots legal? and, if it matters to you, ask one.

Can the bot be detected?

Yes. Any client-side automation can be detected in principle, and rooms invest in doing so. We reduce obvious signals – uniform timing, identical bet sizes, impossible session lengths – but we do not and will not claim the bot is undetectable. See how sites detect bots.

Does it win?

At micro and low stakes on soft club tables, a solver-approximate strategy is stronger than most opponents. That is a statement about strategy, not a promise about your results. Which rooms?

Club apps through an Android emulator first. The current list is on supported rooms.

What hardware?

A normal Windows PC or a Mac. Details on requirements.

Does the bot send my data anywhere?

No. Logs stay on your machine. You choose what to send us. See the privacy policy.

Can I run it on several accounts?

The beta licence is for one person and their own account. Running it on accounts belonging to other people, or coordinating several bots at one table, is collusion and gets you removed from the beta.

What happens when beta ends?

You keep the last beta build, which will stop receiving profiles and will eventually break as apps update. Whatever comes next will be announced on the blog.
